Paying your deposit is essential in securing a puppy. We do not assign puppies in order of payment but rather match the puppy with the family, whilst trying to accomodate your preferneces to the best of our ability.
Once you have chosen your puppy we send weekly and sometimes daily video and photo updates. We encourage another 2 visits, final visit being at 8 weeks of age (instructions in your homecoming pack)
Bringing a new puppy home is a very special day! There are a few details to go over before and after pup arrives, which is all provided in your Homecoming Information pack

A dog’s personality will depend on how it is raised and trained as a puppy. We raise all our puppies the same but ofcourse they will all develop their own cute little personalities over time, but we make sure not to treat any of them any differently and they all receive the same love, guidance and exposures. The decision of whether to get a male or a female puppy is entirely dependent on the preference of the owner-to-be.
If you change your mind we will happily refund your deposit, if you change your mind after taking your puppy home, at any age, we will gladly take your puppy back and find them a suitable new home, we want the absolute best for you and your pup, please contact us to discuss this process in more detail.
You will receive your invoice for final payment the week before your puppy leaves us, and final payment is to be made prior to collection.
We welcome all families to spend as much time as needed on collection day. We want to ensure a smooth transition for you and your puppy. What if I have more questions after taking my puppy home?
