Welcome to Royal Cavoodles! We are a family run boutique breeder and our pups grow up in a safe, loving and very enriched environment together with our 5 children and other pets. We believe in raising healthy, well adapted pups, that will thrive with their new owners. We feel honoured to be part of your pups first few weeks of life.

By being a small boutique breeder we are able to offer you the best possible service and advice before as well as after your pup leaves us.
Our girls are DNA tested for genetic health issues and we only use DNA tested male stud dogs.
We follow the puppy culture programme which means that puppies receive the amazing benefits from this enrichment program.

All our previous litters are connected and share pictures, advice and the likes, we currently connect through FaceBook, but will soon move over to using the pōtiki mobile app.
I can confidently recommend Sage from Royal Cavoodles as a breeder! Unlike some breeders, Sage’s puppies are brought up as part of the family in her loving home. They get the best of care and attention.
I’m not sure how she manages to let them go but when she does, Sage continues to be interested in their growth and development. We couldn’t love our puppy more- she is adorable with a really sweet and loving nature.

My husband and I made the decision to bring a puppy into our family with Maisie, a Toy Cavoodle from Poppy and Pette’s litter born in May 2022.
I spent a considerable amount of time researching the breed but then it became very important to find a reliable and trustworthy breeder with knowledge, one who could navigate us through the process of bringing a puppy into our home as we had not had a dog for a long time.
We could not be more positive about our experience. Sage was very professional and having visited their home and spending time with Poppy and her puppies, we could see how important the care and welfare of the litter was to Sage.
It was a priority for Sage to ensure that the puppies were placed into loving families and full support was given throughout the process until we brought Maisie home.
The “care” package for Maisie when we collected her was incredible. It is a testament to the Lubbe family rearing this litter in the critical weeks before rehoming the puppies, that Maisie settled easily into her new environment when she came home to us.
Sage has been available to provide any advice or answer any questions we have had going forward. We would have no hesitation recommending Sage and Royal Cavoodles if you are considering welcoming a puppy into your home.
I am a very big cavoodle fan. I got my first cavoodle girl Lucy in March 2021 and my husband wants a boy this year.
Then I got my little cavoodle boy Tiger from Sage in 7 May 22 litter. I have known Sage for a while. I know she is very good breeder and take care all of her babies. We are actually kind like friends. We have been sharing lots of information and had lots of funs.
Me and my husband visit her house to see Poppy's babies. My husband just can't leave after he saw Tiger. So we decided to take Tiger home on that day straight away. Tiger is very sweet boy. I love him so much.
He is doing very well with my 2 daughters ( 7 and 8). They became best friends. Thanks for breeding such beautiful cavoodles! Thanks for the efforts you did for the first 8 weeks! It was a wonderful life journey for each of them.

Questions and Answers
A Cavoodle is the cross between the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and either a Miniuature or Toy poodle. We breed F1 Cavoodles, ‘F; standing for “filial” and is simply a way to denote generation. F1 Cavoodle means “First Generation Cavoodle.”
Cavoodles can be various sizes depending on what size the parent’s are. The two most common sizes are Toy and Miniature. On average the Toy Cavoodle is under 28cms and weighs less then 5kgs and Miniatures average 28 cm to 35 cm, weighting over 5kgs to 8 kgs.
Cavoodles come in various colours. The colour of the pups are dependant on the colour of the pup’s parents, we mainly breed beautiful Ruby Red Cavoodles and sometimes we have beautiful Phantom and Brindle pups available to, see pics in our gallery. see the photos in our gallery!
We feed our pups a variety of raw food and fresh goats milk. All new puppy owners receive a detailed feeding information pack in advance regarding raw feeding as well as other feeding options.
Crate training has many benefits, crate training gives your dog a place to go when tired, nervous or stressed. Crate training can help with toilet training and also helps to settle dogs into new environments. Your pup receives their own crate while with us.
Toilet training is a very important part of each dog owners life and we fully understand this! We start potty training from early on with our special techniques and we continue to help and support you on your potty training journey.
